Two years after retirement, Frank Shamrock is a half-pound shy of the middleweight division in which he once fought. A pound-and-a-half of that bulk is white wine and beer, he told MMAjunkie.com Radio.
Shamrock calls this state "fat and happy," though he'll most likely never resemble the former to the outside world. But his retirement came with another realization: He needed to tell his story.
