UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos is scheduled to defend his title against former champion Cain Velasquez in the main event of UFC 155. Dos Santos captured the title with a first round knockout of Velasquez at UFC on FOX 1 last November. Velasquez has since scored a first round technical knockout of Antonio “Big Foot” Silva to set up the rematch against Dos Santos.
UFC 155 goes down on December 29th from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Also scheduled for the main card is light heavyweight clash between Phil Davis and Forrest Griffin, as well as, a key middleweight battle between Chris Weidman and Tim Boetsch
