Stipe Miocic vs. Stefan Struve
“This fight presents one of the best contrasts of skill sets in the UFC. Both heavyweight prospects have been working hard to sand down the rough spots in their fight games and take it to the next level. Miocic is a heavy-handed boxer who actually has a strong wrestling game as well, but the wrestling background could do more harm than good in a fight against someone with the length and BJJ skill of Struve. Miocic would do well to keep this fight off the ground and away from the cage, while utilizing his boxing to gain an edge on the seven foot Dutchman. Struve, who really needs to call up his fellow giant Dutchman Semmy Schilt for striking help, needs to use his range effectively to control where the fight happens. Struve has devastating BJJ but his lack of a solid jab hurts him when it comes to keeping his range in the standup but that doesn’t make him any less dangerous there as well. I’m going with Struve simply because I think he has a few more ways to win but I truly feel this a 51% to 49% type fight.” – Chris Leslie

Dan Hardy vs. Amir Sadollah
“Dana White’s favorite Brit has a varied striking attack, but his left hook is realistically his only real money-punch. Sadollah has shown in the past that he can make good MMA strikers look bad, and that should be story this out. Hardy has a clearer path to victory, but Sadollah simply has more tools at his disposal. If this bout makes it to the final bell, the TUF winner will have his hand raised, if there is a knockout finish, the day belongs to ‘The Outlaw’” – Jesse Denis

Yves Jabouin vs. Brad Pickett
“Brad Pickett is one the fighters I point to when people try to tell me the little guys are not that exciting. Sure, it may take both fighters weigh-in weights to match my college heavyweight frame, but what Pickett lacks in size he makes up for in “controlled chaos.” The 3x “Fight of the Night” winner will take on Yves Jabouin in a bout that could net him a fourth “Fight of the Night” bonus. Jabouin always starts strong- with some pretty exotic striking as well – but tends to fade late, something you cannot afford to against a guy like Pickett. I will be shock if this fight does not turn into an absolute war early but I feel that Pickett will simply overwhelm the Tristar product eventually.” – Chris Leslie

Paul Sass vs. Matt Wiman
“If it makes any sense, Paul Sass is the most consistent question mark in the sport today. The Brit can triangle or heel hook just about anyone on the planet, yet he’s been out of the first round only twice in his 13-fight career. Matt Wiman has the toughness and the fight IQ, although he has completely abandoned it in the past, to use his wrestling to keep this fight standing. Wiman should be able to test the chin of Sass and has the potential to score an upset over the ‘Sassangle,’ but the submission ace should can lock on his trademark submissions from nearly any position. Paul Sass Should take home yet another triangle victory.”- Jesse Denis

John Hathaway vs. John Maguire
“Time for a little England on England crime as British prospects John Hathaway and John Maguire square off. I really like both fighters, and while I am typically always surprised by Maguire, I really feel like Hathaway is a fight or two away from realizing his potential in arguably one of the most stacked divisons in the UFC today.”- Chris Leslie

Duane Ludwig vs. Che Mills
“This is a bout that has “Fight of The Night” potential written all over it. Both men are heavy-handed strikers that are going to look to throw hays for the duration of the fight. Mills has the advantage in the chin department. The power in their strikes is relatively similar, but Ludwig is just a much better technical kickboxer. Ludwig by TKO.” – Jesse Denis
