There's been another change to next month's UFC 160 event, as an injury to Amir Sadollah has removed him from a bout with Stephen Thompson on the card.
In his place steps Nah-Shon Burrell, the Strikeforce import who debuted in the UFC in February.
Sadollah, who won the seventh season of The Ultimate Fighter, has spent the entirety of his professional career inside the Octagon, compiling a 6-4 record. In his most recent outing, he lost a decision to Dan Hardy.
Burrell takes the fight on a month and a half notice, hoping to build upon a win over Yuri Villefort in his debut at UFC 157. That bounced him back from a loss in his final Strikeforce appearance, which snapped a six fight winning streak.
Thompson has been out of action nearly a year since suffering his first career loss. After posting six wins in a row to begin his MMA career, Thompson lost to Matt Brown last April. That was the first defeat ever for the former kickboxer, who held a perfect record in that sport before coming over to MMA.
UFC 160 takes place on May 25 from Las Vegas, headlined by the UFC Heavyweight Championship bout between Cain Velasquez and Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva.
