Like you would microchip a dog but with tracking eneabled too.
Personally I would be for it. How many times have you heard of a kid getting kidnapped, I would wager if you asked any of those parents if they wished the kid was chipped so they could be instantly traced with GPRS they would have said yes.
Sure it may be against human rights and stuff, but I would much rather have the option to trace them immediately if they went missing.
